DocNotes is an Artificial Intelligence assisted note taking tool which uses the microphone on your phone or connected to your computer to record the audio of your consultation and build consultation note from the transcription

Features

  • Record audio of your consultation
  • Transcribe the audio to text
  • Build consultation note from the transcription
  • Save the consultation note to your patient's record
  • Discuss the consultation note with your patient to review and enforce important points

How to use

  1. Start the DCP.
  2. Open patient in clinical software.
  3. Click the Transcription prompt on the DCP.
  4. Connect the DCP to Docnotes via scanning the QR code on the DocNotes form or clicking the link.
  5. Acknowledge the consent on the DocNotes App.
  6. To commence recording, click the record button on the DocNotes App or on the DCP.
  7. Obtain consent from all participants in the room
  8. Acknowledge the consent on the DocNotes App or on the DCP.
  9. Recording will commence.
  10. Conduct your consultation.
  11. Recording can be paused and resumed.
  12. Once the consultation is complete, click the Stop button on the DocNotes App or on the DCP.
  13. The transcription will be processed and the consultation note will be built.
  14. Copy the consultation note to your clinical software.
  15. Review the consultation note and correct any errors or omissions.

EULA

The first time you use DocNotes, you will be asked to accept the End User License Agreement (EULA). This will be displayed on your pc and will require you to accept the terms before you can use the software.

Privacy

DocNotes is designed to be used in a clinical setting and is compliant with the Australian Privacy Principles. DocNotes does not store any patient data. Audio content is processed by Microsoft Azure and is not stored by DocNotes. The transcription is processed by Microsoft Azure and is not stored by DocNotes. The consultation note is stored in the clinical software and is subject to the privacy policy of the clinical software.
