Aesthetic changes to DCP

Current update focused on multiple changes to the aesthetics of the user interface for DCP.

Font, Sizing, and default colours were changed.

DCP Minibar feature was removed but later returned due to several users requesting this feature be retained. However the favourites component of the minibar remains absent.
