Appointment View
Will display a row of DCP Panels representing patients having upcoming appointments on the day
Display will be limited to next 3 patients, but can be scrolled forward 3 patients at a time.
Clicking on View will open a preview of the patient in DCP Panel Format.
Clicking on Open will open patient in clinical software.
