Envelope printer
Access via the button in functions.
Envelope printer allows printing envelopes.
Favourite addresses can be saved to the tree.
When selecting a category, the tree is populated with the most referred addressees within the practice. This is very useful for new doctors joining the practice with no or little knowledge of local resources.
Other features of the envelope printer include advanced search, access to DCP consultants saved to patient in PCD's, patient referral history, copy address, and map address from patient home using google .
Name Search
**Example search by surname
type 'f' and addressees with surnames starting with f will appear in the Search results node of the tree.
Type surname,first name or parts thereof.
Category Filter
Use the category drop-down to filter by category
Advanced search filter by comment
Example - allergist with specialty paediatric
When items are stored with hidden gems of information in comment field it is easy to extract using the comment field
Simply search for 'aller'gist in the category field and enter 'paed' in the lower search comment box
Example: Search for podiatrist doing wedge resections from comment field.
Ranked Referrals for a category
Simply select a category and the ranked referrals (by number of referrals written to the addresses) will be shown in the 'Ranked referrals' node of the tree.
Previous Referrals
Previous Referrals for a patient are displayed for a patient and listed by rank or most recent in the previous referrals node of the tree.
Selecting Address
Moving the mouse cursor over an address node in the tree will fill the details box with a preview.
Click on an address in the tree to select it and populate the text box with details for the addressee and enable the print envelope button. If the addressee has a website stored there will a link button that you can click to open the website.
You can add an address to the favourites node in the tree.
Favourites are practice wide and thus shared among other users in the practice.
Hint:Copy the details from the text box as an easy way to add elsewhere.
Setup Printer
Click the button with the printer name to setup printer
- Click to print
Google maps
Clicking 'Google maps' will display a map of the path from patients address to the referral address.
Providers
Providers - set providers for the current patient. Shared with the providers used in patient centric documents.
